Delivery routes and ordering cut offs

At Slow and Steady we hand deliver our produce to ensure you are getting the best quality. The cut off times for your delivery route is 5pm the day before we deliver. See below for further details and our routes.

Local delivery (Waterford)

Delivered every Monday and Thursday

Order cut off time is 12pm Thursday for Monday delivery and 10am Wednesday for Thursday delivery.

Tipperary, Limerick, Kilkenny & Wexford

Delivered every Tuesday and Friday.

Order cut off time is 10am Monday for Tuesday delivery and 10am Thursday for Friday delivery.

There is a minimum order quantity of 20 items. This can be mixed between Oats and Bars/Treats.

Below you will find an order form that you can use to purchase your next order. Each pot purchased equates to one pot. Each bar purchased equates to a pack of 12 bars.
